Central Plaza Hotel - Sofia

Excellent coffee options available in the lobby, offering a good start to the day!

The noise from the tram station outside was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep at night even with the windows closed.

Good localisation, near city center, helpful staff!

The location (very central location), general condition of the hotel rooms and cleanliness.

The staff were not professional - their knowledge of English and service attitude poor at best and not able to help with the most basic questions travellers might wish to know, like how to get around the city, for example.

The stay was nice, especially since it's close to several landmarks like the Russian Church and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, both just a short walk away. I appreciated the delicious breakfasts that were served, making my mornings enjoyable. The staff was attentive, and I found the atmosphere relaxing. it balanced comfort and convenience perfectly for my short visit to explore the city.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the bathroom had mould, not cool! But the staff were super friendly and the location was sweet as, close to everything!

Staff at the hotel, especially the receptionists, was not attentive at all to their guests. They seem annoyed if asked to do anything but I have to admit they will eventually do what was asked. Gave me wrong information regarding location of the center of the city, gave me incorrect museum opening days. They just did not seem to care. The hotel itself was adequate.

My family and I enjoyed being there. The location was perfect and magnificent - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Came to visit Sofia Court House, based at a short distance from the hotel. The staff was responsive and useful at all times...

The location was great, but unfortunately, the noise was unbearable was nice. You won't find any electricity near the bed, just a high outlet, how very thoughtful. After all this, i expected at least a complimentary breakfast, but no such luck, so very disappointing. I almost didn't write this review, but couldn't help myself.

The location was particularly good for walking around Mall of Sofia.

Location. Nearby local restaurant serving good Bulgarian food.

No street maps and poor local tourist knowledge by some of the staff.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need with wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. The staff returned my forgotten belongings during my first stay, and they've always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!
